Your flag order
NB: Due to escalating fuel prices Courier Companies are consolidating their delivery frequency from daily to every 2 - 3 days.
National load-shedding is an additional challenge to our normal production times and is causing further delays with delivery schedules.
Please bare with us as we do our best to work around this unfortunate situation.
We will normally send your order to you within 7 to 10 *business days which is dependent on the area the order will be sent to and the flag/s you are purchasing. Some less popular flags are not standard stock items and will need to manufactured. Custom and Corporate flags can take longer for artwork to be approved.
Flag Shop will not be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. Please note that only a physical street address can be used for ‘Courier’ delivery or you can use your PostNet Mail Box. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct to avoid delays and lost orders.
Please note that we do not make use of the South African Post Office services.
Once you have selected a product and added it to your Shopping Cart, Shipping and Handling charges will automatically be calculated for your area and visible in your current shopping cart.
Courier Delivery Services - Third Party Partners
We make use of reputable national couriers which are a ‘Door to Door’ delivery service so your flag order is delivered right to your home or office. Prices may differ for outlying areas.
Your Tracking Number and Courier company name will be emailed to you as soon as your flag order has been dispatched.
NB: Flag Shop will not be held responsible for late delivery or for tracking your shipment. Please use the allocated tracking number you will receive as stated above. Courier contact numbers can be found on the said courier company website.
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 7 days.
For a full refund, less banking charges and transaction fees, please return the purchased items accompanied by your banking details so we can arrange payment. The return address can be found on the back of the courier satchel.
Your refund will be processed on receipt of the returned items.
Return shipping will be at your own cost.
