Orders are based on a 'Print on Demand' system.
Each order is individually manufactured so there will be a waiting period before delivery.

Normal delivery is within 7 to 10 working days which is dependent on the area the order must be sent to and the flag/s you are purchasing. Some less popular flags are not standard stock items and will need to printed. Custom and Corporate flags can take longer for artwork to be approved and completed.

Flagshop.co.za will not be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct to avoid delays and lost orders.

Please note that only a physical street address can be used for ‘Courier’ delivery.
Other acceptable delivery addresses are your local PostNet or PEP Store, just fill in the correct address in the delivery address section in the 'Checkout'.
We do not make use of the South African Post Office services.

Once you have selected a product and added it to your Shopping Cart, Shipping charges will automatically be calculated for your area and visible in your current shopping cart. Delivery is FREE for orders over R1000.

Courier Delivery Services
We make use of reputable national couriers which are a ‘Door to Door’ delivery service so your flag order is delivered right to your home or office. Prices may differ for outlying areas.

Your Tracking Number will be emailed to you as soon as your flag order has been dispatched.

Flagshop.co.za do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools > Internet Options > Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your request. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been received and you have received an invoice from Flagshop.co.za. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

About Flag Shop and our flag products

Flagshop.co.za has been an online supplier since 2008. We supply high quality country flags, corporate flags, school flags, historical flags, special interest flags, family crests and coats of arms flags all over South Africa.

Our high-tech Digital Printing processes provides excellent printing quality. This high-tech printing is a technology for mass production in a wide variety from sample printing to mass production.

All our flags are printed in the official colours of that country using the above-mentioned processes on 100% Polyester woven Bunting fabrics; with two double row stitched heading and double stitched edges, rope and toggle. Sealed and packed in a polythene bag for protection. These flags can withstand the elements and are suitable for indoor use as well. We manufacture most of our flags at our factory in the City of Cape Town with direct shipment to your door.
